When only conductivity and temperature measurements are needed, the YSI 30 is our recommended conductivity meter rental due to it’s simplicity, reliability, and accuracy. The YSI 30 simultaneously displays temperature and one of either conductivity, temperature compensated specific conductance, or calculated salinity readings. Both specific conductance and salinity are automatically temperature compensated without any user action. For more advanced measurements, both the reference temperature for specific conducatance and the temperature coefficient for salinity are user adjustable. YSI 30 rentals are available with cable lengths of 10, 25, or 50 feet.

For our customers who prefer an analog gauge, our YSI 33 S-C-T conductivity meter rentals are easy to operate and reliable. Capable of measuring conductivity or temperature and calculating salinity, only four controls are needed to use the instrument. Calibration and zeroing can be performed in the field simply by adjusting dials. Salinity readings are compensated automatically by a manual temperature adjustment. Like all of our conductivity meter rentals, the YSI S-C-T 33 comes calibrated and ready for use.
