Turbidity Meter Rentals

We maintain a large inventory of turbidimeter rental instruments for use in the field and the lab. These portable and benchtop turbidity meters take measurements from 15 to 25 mL samples. They are typically more accurate and a have higher resolution then turbidity probes on multiparameter instruments. All of our turbidity meters are EPA method 180.1 compliant.

The Hach 2100AN takes highly accurate turbidity measurements in the lab up to 10,000 NTU. Our most powerful turbidity meter rental, the 2100AN features an array of four detectors providing for excellent linearity and the ability to take measurements even in the presence of color. Multiple reporting and output options are standard including a built in printer, serial interface, and an analog output. Like all of our turbidity meter rentals, the Hach 2100AN is EPA method 180.1 compliant.

The DRT-15CE is the easiest to use of our portable turbidity meter rental instruments. The only control for taking measurments of samples is a single knob to select one of 3 available ranges. It is also the only portable turbidimeter we offer with an analog recorder output. The DRT-15CE is completely self contained inside a rugged carrying case, EPA method 180.1 compliant, and able to take measurements up to 1000 NTU.

These portable turbidity meter rentals feature an EPA mode that automatically rounds readings as specified in the EPA reporting requirements as well as the capability to display readings at the instruments full resolution. The Lamotte 2020 is easy to use and automatically averages all readings over a 5 second period for consistent measurements. At home in the field or the lab, the 2020 is also our only portable turbidimeter that has a serial interface for use with a PC or directly connecting to a printer.
