Nextteq VeriFit irritant smoke generators are disposable and economical all in one devices for performing respirator fit testing. Their patented design provides all the benefits of traditional irritant smoke tube systems with increased safety and convenience. Irritant smoke is an OSHA accepted method for respirator fit testing that eliminates false positives and the need for expensive equipment. The Verifit is a plastic, all in one, irritant smoke generator with an attached bellows at a cost of only $2.57 per device. Irritant smoke is generated simply by bending the device to break the internal ampoule, removing the cap, waiting 5 seconds, and depressing the bellows to produce smoke. Each Verifit irritant smoke generator can be reused for up to a 24 hour period. The unique design of VeriFit smoke generators reduce the possibility of over exposure and is safer then traditional glass tubes that must be broken prior to use.

Nextteq VeriFit devices produce smoke containing a combination of Hydrogen Chloride and tin compounds. They are only for use by qualified and trained personell.
