The Gilian GilAir Plus is equipped with QuadMode Air Sampling Technology performing high-flow and low-flow constant pressure and constant flow without requiring external adapters. The pump’s wide pressure and dynamic flow ranges address personal air sampling methods with flow ranges between 1–5,000 cc/min. The GilAir Plus features high back-pressure capabilities of up to 40″ H2O in high flow and up to 25″ H2O in low flow. An automatic self check system continuously monitoring pump performance and components to ensure sample accuracy. The GilAir Plus STP model is capable of providing an ambient or standard temperature and pressure corrected flow rate.

An automatic fault recovery feature provides restarts the GilAir Plus in the event the sample tubing becomes crimped or briefly blocked. Through this feature the pump can attempt a restart up to 10 times every 3 minutes to check if the block has been cleared. Fault time is not added to accumulated and displayed sample runtime. This feature can be disabled if desired. Appropriate models of the GilAir Plus provide datalogging. A dock provides charging and communication functions and, once docked, a PC application allows the user to reviews datalogs, manage sampling programs, create and deploy setup profiles for managing large pump fleets, and generate sampling reports. The SmartCal feature uses the dock as a communication link between the GilAir Plus and proper calibration devices.

An intuitive keypad and menu interface make it easy for the user to make adjustments or change settings on the pump. A lockable keypad to prevent tempering once the pump is set up for use.

What to Order

The Gilian GilAir Plus comes in three different models; a basic model, with datalogging, or the fully loaded STP model. STP versions add temperature and pressure flow rate compensation in addition to datalogging. Starter kits are available below with 1, 3, or 5 pumps. Individual pumps without accessories can also be ordered.

All models can use the SmartCal automatic calibration cables if used with a communication enabled dock. Communication enabled docks are standard with every GilAir Plus except for the basic version.
