Water Level Datalogger
The Levelogger Junior Edge is the suggested replacement for the Levelogger Junior.
Solinst’s Levelogger Junior Edge is an economical water level datalogger capable of logging up to 40,000 readings of both water level and temperature. The cost effective Levelogger Junior Edge is compatible with all Levelogger accessories, software, and deployments. Perfect for deployments where the advanced features, logging modes, and available depth ratings of the Levelogger Edge are not required. Automatic temperature compensation operates over a range of 32–104 °F. Datalogging is performed in linear mode, and data can be viewed in real time when using a direct read deployment.
The Levelogger Junior Edge features the same Hastelloy sensor used in the Levelogger Edge. The new sensor is more robust and able to withstand over 2 times its pressure rated without sustaining damage. It also provides a wider thermal compensation range and faster response times.
In addition to the PC software included with every levelogger communication kit, a handheld instrument, the solinst leveloader, is also available to view data.
The Levelogger Junior is constructed from stainless steel providing a water tight and maintenance free enclosure with small dimensions (7/8″ x 5.5″). A 5 year battery life (at 1 reading per minute), combined with long-term stability and high accuracy, ensures extended uninterrupted functionality and makes the Levelogger Junior an excellent choice in terms of cost and performance for many applications.
The Barologger Edge can provide atmospheric pressure compensation to any Levelogger deployment. A Rainlogger can also be used to add precipitation data.

What to Order
A complete Levelogger Junior Edge water level datalogger system consists of a levelogger, a deployment solution, and a communications kit.
For each Levelogger you wish to deploy you must choose either a direct read cable or a suspension wire of appropriate length as a deployment solution. Direct read cables allow you to download data from the Levelogger without removing it, suspension wires require you to bring it to the surface.
Communication kits are available in both USB and RS232 serial versions and include everything you need to program and download data from any number of leveloggers. A basic communication kit is required for programming and downloading data from the levelogger, direct read communication kits contain everything in the standard kit and a cable for connecting to direct read deployments.
