Fixed Gas Sensor

The FX-SMT fixed gas sensor is available for combustibles (in either %LEL or ppm), oxygen, or various toxic gases. All sensors come pre calibrated from the factory for easy plug and play installation. The FX-SMT features programmable calibration reminders, a NEMA 4X enclosure, and a back lit LCD display. Signal output is an industry standard 4 to 20 mA and the sensor can be powered by a 10 to 28 VDC loop. Calibration is performed non intrusively via a magnetic wand.

This sensor is compatible with Thermo’s Safe T Net line of controllers, including the Safe T Net 100, Safe T Net 210, Safe T Net 410, and Safe T Net 2000.

Thermo’s FX line of fixed gas transmitters also contains the FX-IR and the FX-CO2.
