The Standard Diffusion Transmitter is the most common sensor used when configuring a complete fixed gas detection system. Their 4 to 20 mA output can connect to various monitoring and control systems. Each sensor is housed in a weatherproof rugged enclosure and features easy calibration. Each sensor acts as a single point and when combined with a suitable controller can create endless configurations, from simple single point installations, to large entire complex monitoring systems. Using standard technology, electrochemical for toxic and O2 sensors, wheatstone bridge circuits for combustible sensors, Thermo’s standard diffusion transmitters are designed for durabililty and long life.

This sensor is compatible with Thermo’s Safe T Net line of controllers, including the Safe T Net 100, Safe T Net 210, Safe T Net 410, and Safe T Net 2000.
