Repair Check-up/Calibration ?Instructions: Choose Repair or Check-up/Calibration to open a service order. Select Repair if you are having trouble with an instrument or Check-up/Calibration for calibration and preventative maintenance. Regardless of the selection you choose for opening a service request, your instrument will be returned calibrated with a certificate of calibration.
Once you have submitted your service request via the form above, an engineer will review your request (usually within one business day or much faster) to confirm that we can meet our standards and your requirements. (Concerns like parts availability, such as for some old, end-of-life instruments, may limit service options). We will reach out with any questions. Once approved, you will receive a follow-up email which includes instructions for delivering your equipment.

What instruments do we service?
We repair, maintain, and calibrate scientific and environmental monitoring, sampling, and detection instruments.
We carry a large inventory of repair parts, sensors, batteries, etc., but If your instrument was discontinued by the manufacturer more than ten years ago, please contact us by phone or email first. That way we can confirm parts availability before you submit your repair/service.

In addition to the general services above, we provide factory-authorized warranty service for YSI, RAE Systems, Solinst, and Mark Products.
