AMS sludge and sediment sampling kits include everything needed to collect samples from non-cohesive materials and various impoundments. Uses a multi-stage sludge core tip, core catcher, and liner to prevent loss of the retrieved sample.
The AMS Sludge and Sediment Sampling Kit includes all the equipment needed for the collection of relatively undisturbed samples from various types of impoundments and non-cohesive material. The Multi-Stage Sediment Sampler Kit uses the advanced multi-stage sludge core tip, plastic soil core catcher, and liner to prevent loss of the sample upon retrieval. This kit comes with valved auger and core tips to retain loose soils and sludge. The AMS Sludge and Sediment sampling kit is not for use in rocky material.
Additional 4′ extensions are available, as are sampler extensions in 12″ increments. Lexan liners are available for sale, custom lengths to order. Soil Catchers are also available for sale.
