Tedlar sampling bags constructed from 0.2 mil film with a 2 in 1 Polypropylene fitting. Available in either 1 or 3 Liters.
Our Tedlar sampling bags are constructed from 0.2 mil PVF film with a 2 in 1 Polypropylene fitting that combines both the valve for filling the bag and the the septum port for removing the sample. Tedlar film is excellent for preserving samples and resisting gas permeation both out of and into the bag. The high tensile strength and temperature resistance of tedlar provides the durability required for many applications and is rated for continuous use from -98 to 225°F. These characteristics allow Tedlar bags to be used in a wide range of environments including stacks, vents, and flues.
Tedlar gas sampling bags are recommended in a range of US EPA methods including TCLP and methods ASTM D-5504 (reduced sulfur compounds), TO-3 (VOCs), TO-12 (NMOC), TO-14A (VOCs), TO-15 (VOCs), and assorted atmospheric gas methods.
