RIDGID’s SeekTech SR-20 is a utility line locator with omnidirectional antennas, enabling the operator to locate, track, and diagnose lines with greater certainty, making even difficult locates easy to complete. The SeekTech SR-20’s easy-to-read mapping display virtually maps the utility relative to the operator’s position. Real-time feedback provided includes proximity, target line, depth and distance, current strength, signal strength, and battery level.

Mapping Display features of the SeekTech SR-20 includes Proximity Signal and Signal Strength to maximize relative signal strength and minimize depth over the target line, guiding the operator independently of current flow. A Target Line indication provides real-time guidance to the operator relative to the line they are tracking. Current Strength provides real-time feedback of current on the target line for faster diagnostic of complicated locates. Depth and Distance tracking save time and improve productivity. Left-Right guidance arrows provide feedback of where the line is relative to the SR-20. You can customizes the SR-20’s sensitivity to target utility lines within a depth range.

The SeekTech SR-20 is powered by four C-cell batteries and weighs only 3.9 lbs. The SeekTech SR-20 includes a case and is compatible with the ST-305 and ST-510 transmitters for a complete utility line location package. The ST-305 and ST-510 can transmit a signal through a line in one of three ways: induction from an optional inductive signal clamp, induction from the transmitter coils, or direct connect using attached clips.

The SeekTech SR-20 is available below and comes ready for use in passive locating mode (energized power lines and radio frequencies) and for use in active mode with a transmitter at 128 Hz, 1 KHz, 8 KHz, and 33 KHz. Transmitters are not included, but are available below in both 5 and 10 watt versions.
