RKI’s Eagle gas detector is available with up to six different sensors including combustibles, oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, and many other specific gases. The Eagle gas detector is useful in many applications well beyond just standard confined space monitoring. Models with combustible sensors offer methane elimination or an IR sensor for up to 100 % volume methane is available. Dual hydrophobic filters provide increased resistance water resistance, and a strong internal pump can draw samples through up to 125′ feet of tubing, even through the filters. The Eagle gas detector is intrinsically safe and can operate in a wide range of temperatures or humidity levels. The Enclosure is RFI/EMI, chemical, and weather resistant.

The RKI Eagle gas detector comes standard with a long list of features including two user adjustable alarms for every sensor, along with STEL and TWA alarms for toxic sensors. A glove friendly design makes for easy operation in the field, and a large LCD display indicates measurements from every sensor simultaneously. The Eagle gas detector can run for up to 30 hours from 4 standard D alkaline batteries, or up to 18 hours with optional NiCD batteries. Over 250 different configurations are available, including diffusion or internal pump models. Datalogging for up to 4 sensors, dillution assemblies, and many special probes provide options for almost any application.
