Instrinsically Safe Laboratory Thermometer
The standard in high precision handheld thermometers, the TL1-A can replace an entire set of laboratory grade mercrury thermometers providing a significant increase in productivity.
Easily replacing an entire set of glass thermometers, the TL1-A electronic laboratory grade thermometer combines high accuracy and portability. A large measurement range, battery powered operation, an intrinsic safety rating, and probe lengths of 8 or 12 inches, make the TL1-A a very versatile measurement tool.
An RTD sensor, precision electronics, and non volatile calibration storage allow the TL1-A to achieve an accuracy of ±0.1°F (±0.06°C) throughout its entire measurement range of 14 to 320°F (-10 to 160°C). The easy to read LCD display has a resolution of either 0.1 or 0.01° and every TL1-A comes with a 4 point NIST traceable calibration certificate.
Operation is as simple as pressing the power button and taking a measurement. The display features indicators informing the user whether the measurement is increasing, decreasing, or has stabilized. As long as the unit is on, maximum, minimum, and average readings are continously being calculated and are easily accessible through the function button. The function button also allows the user to switch the display mode between celsius/fahrenheit and change the resolution. The TL1-A is powered by an easily replaceable 20mm coin size battery that provides over 100 hours of operation.
