The EC300A has been updated to include storage for up to 50 readings, an ergonimical IP67 rated housing, and improved battery life of up to 500 hours.

The EcoSense EC300A is a field conductivity meter from YSI’s EcoSense line of affordable, accurate, and durable handheld instruments. The EC300A simultaneously measures conductivity and temperature while also being capable of displaying specific conductance, salinity, and total dissolved solids. Accuracy is increased via automatic temperature compensation and a stable, four electrode, conductivity cell. The probes are rugged and available in lengths of 1, 4, or 10 meters.

The EcoSense EC300A is the suggested replacement for the EcoSense EC300.

YSI’s accurate and affordable EcoSense line of products also includes the pH100A handheld pH meter, DO200A handheld DO meter, EC300A handheld conductivity meter, 9300/9500 economical photometer, pH10A pen style pH instrument, and the ORP15A pen style ORP instrument.

The EcoSense EC300A features an easy user interface and one handed operation. Runtime is approximately 500 hours from a single 9V alkaline battery. The enclosure is watertight and is IP67 rated. The conductivity probe is built into the cable which is rugged, weighted, and user replaceable.

Also available is the YSI Pro30 handheld conductivity meter with cable lengths up to 30 meters and increased accuracy.

EcoSense EC300A’s are available below in kits containing the instrument, cable/probe assembly, and a carrying case. Alternatively the instrument and cable/probe can be purchased seperately.

Calibration solutions and various carrying cases are also available. Replacement cables work with both the EC300A and the EC300.
