The Pro30 is YSI’s current top of the line handheld field conductivity meter. As a member of the the Professional Series line of instruments it includes all of YSI’s most recent features like user replaceable cables, extremely durable IP67 rated construction, military grade cable connectors, and a graphic LCD display with backlight. The Pro30′s highly accurate conductivity sensor is capable of measuring over a range of 0 to 200 mS/cm with resolutions as small as 0.1 µS/cm.

The Pro30 is the recommended replacement for the YSI Model 30.

YSI also manufacturers the very economical EcoSense EC300 handheld conductivity meter.

Every Pro30 includes built in memory for up to 50 data sets and is capable of calculating both salinity and total dissolved solids on the fly. Either conductance or temperature compensated specific conductance can be displayed. Advanced features like an adjustable reference temperature, an adjustable TDS constant, and and adjustable specific conductance temperature compensation allow the Pro30 to be used for almost any conductivity measurements.

Highly accurate measurements are made possible using YSI’s super stable 4 electrode conductivity sensor which is built into every YSI Pro30 cable. Cables are available in various lengths and are field replaceable, eliminating the requirement to send the instrument in for service due to a failed cable or probe. The probe is weighted, designed to withstand rugged conditions, and is easily cleaned with a brush.
