Thermo Scientific Niton XL5 Plus Alloy Mode
XRF Alloy Analyzer
The XL5 Plus is Niton’s flagship model featuring more than 1000 grades of alloys in its default library. With a 5W X-Ray tube and extra large Silicon drift detector it can sort and identify grades faster than ever before. Very similar grades that were not possible to differentiate with previous analyzers, varying only by light elements, can now be positively identified in seconds. Many optional features on other analyzers are standard on the XL5 Plus. Contact one of our experienced technicians for details.
