A powerful dual channel benchtop reference thermometer that features extremely high accuracy and easy to use datalogging with or without a PC available.
The TL2 is a high precision 2 channel benchtop laboratory thermometer that comes with NIST traceable calibration and is ready to use as reference thermometer out of the box. In addtion to highly accurate measurements, the TL2 also includes easy to use USB based datalogging.
Using 200 ohm wirewound platinum sensors and ThermoProbes thermometer calibration expertise, the TL2 achieves an accuracy of ±0.05°F (±0.03°C) through a range of -4 to 300°F (-20 to 150°C). These highly repeatable measurements are displayed on a backlit LCD screen with a resolution of 0.001°. Measurements can be displaye in degrees fahrenheit, celsius, or kelvin in addtion to direct resistance measurement of the sensor. The 5 point NIST traceable calibration certificates are available in either °C or °F.
The easy to use and powerful datalogging function is capable of directly streaming data to a PC or logging to a USB thumbdrive. The logging interval is user adjustable and when in stand alone mode an internal clock keeps accurate time reference. Special software is not required to read datalog files from a USB drive as they are saved in a comma delimited format understood by every spreadsheet application.
