Our standard DO meter rental, the YSI 550 is durable, waterproof, very easy to use, and comes with a 12, 25, or 50 foot cable. Readings are automatically temperature compensated and compensation for both altitude and salinity are provided by simple user inputs. The large LCD display simultaneously displays temperature and dissolved oxygen in either % saturation or mg/L. Like all of YSI’s handheld DO meters, calibration is simple with the built in probe storage/calibration chamber. All of our DO meter rentals come calibrated and ready for use.
