Myron L’s TechPro II series of lightweight, handheld, easy-to-use, and competitively priced meters are used to measure conductivity, TDS, pH, and temperature. Included in the series is the TechPro II TH1 (pH and temperature), the TechPro II TP1 (conductivity, TDS, temperature), and the TechPro II TPH1 (conductivity, TDS, pH, temperature). An internal pH sensors is used in the TH1 and TPH1 to prevent damage and extend the sensor’s life.
TechPro II readings are displayed on a four-digit display. Conductivity is measured in a range of 0–9999 μS (10–20.00 mS) and TDS at 0–9999 ppm (10–20.00 ppt) with ±1% accuracy; pH is measured at 0–14 with ±0.01 pH (TH1) or ±0.02 pH (TPH1) accuracy; temperature at 32–160 °F with ±0.1° accuracy. Temperature is automatically compensated to 77 °F (25 °C). The TechPro II is powered by a single 9V alkaline battery for more than 100 hours (approximately 5000 readings) of operation.
The TechPro II’s casing is rugged and waterproof (IP-67/NEMA 6), suitable for field in a range of environments, and it is designed for easy user-friendly operation. An automatic shutoff feature preserves battery life. The TechPro II has memory for 20 readings and is calibrated at the factor with standard solutions traceable to NIST standards. Periodic recalibration using appropriate solutions helps to maintain accuracy. The TechPro II is backed by Myron L with a two-year manufacturer warranty. Its replaceable pH sensor is backed with a six month manufacturer warranty.
