Solinst’s Model 408M Micro Double Valve Pump (Micro DVP) is a pneumatic pump with a small and flexible design. Similar to a Bladder Pump, the 408M uses coaxial Teflon tubing instead of a Teflon bladder to obtain high quality samples and features stainless steel fittings and a 100 mesh stainless steel filter which is easily cleaned or replaced. The 408M Micro DVP is only 3/8″ in diameter, small enough to fit in 1/2″ (13 mm) tubing along with all channels of the Solinst 403 CMT System. Its pump body and filter measure 6″ x 3/8″ (150 x 10 mm). The 408M pneumatic pump, with its small size and flexible design, allows for easy transportation and installation in a wide range of applications.

Other pnuematic pumps manufactured by Solinst are the Integra bladder pump and the double valve pump.

The 408M Micro DVP is ideal for narrow down-hole applications and low flow sampling. From within narrow applications the Micro DVP obtains small associated purge volumes and flow rates of 20 to 150 mL/minute. It is built to last and easy to operate through the Solinst 466 ECU’s pre-sets and fine tubing capabilities. You can order the Micro DVP with tubing lengths of 90′, 140′, and 240 feet. Replacement filters are available.

What to Order

Solinst micro double valve pumps come as complete systems including the pump, tubing, and a manifold for connected the drive and supply lines. All that is required in addition to ordering a micro double valve pump is a compressor and a controller. Solinst offers two types of electronic control units and a portable 12 VDC low flow compressor.
